Article I: Name and Purpose. The International Society for Research on Cadmium Toxicity (ISRCT) is an independent non-profit scientific society dedicated to advancing research, education, and international collaboration on cadmium toxicity and other heavy metals affecting human health and the environment.
Article II: Membership. Membership is open to scientists, professionals, institutions, and students who support the Society’s mission. Members are admitted by the Board and are granted equal voting rights in accordance with the Society’s Bylaws.
Article III: Governance. The Society is governed by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the President, the Vice-President, and the Secretary. Board members serve five-year terms and may be re-elected.
Article IV: Scientific Activities. The Society promotes scientific progress through international congresses, conferences, educational initiatives, business meetings, and the dissemination of research on cadmium and heavy metal toxicity.
